Xavitech eliminates voltage regulators and thereby their power loss
One very important feature with the intelligent control system is that for any applied voltage, the system recognizes and changes the effective power down to the necessary level. As a consequence, the current used is always minimal and not voltage dependent. The customer will reduce their costs since there is no need for a linear regulator nor an additional cooling device in their system to counteract the effect of excessive power from regulators. In addition, a battery voltage, which decreases with time, can drive a pump from Xavitech and yet the pump will always perform the same. Ask for linear power function.
The figure to the right shows that the flow is close to constant even though the voltage changes over the range 4.5 V to 26 V. Shown are two cases (no load and 30 mbar load) and how the flow can stay at the same level by adjusting the pump to a low or high voltage condition. The respective setting is simply chosen according to what best fulfils the requirements of the customers’ systems.
