Xavitech enables constant flow for gas sampling
Through intelligent control algorithms and careful analysis of the pump action, Xavitech® has introduced a real-time flow-regulation function into their micro pumps. In the flow figure to the right, the black line show typical flows for different loads at 5 V. The two grey lines show the performance with two different constant flow functions; method 1(see picture)has the advantage of standing higher loads whereas method 2(see picture) has the benefit of consuming less current.
The constant flow regulation is not only unique in itself, but also it contains the important feature of maintaining a constant flow for various input voltages. The micro pump can of course be adjusted to maintain a flow at a specific level, dependent on the customer request. The respective method to be used is chosen to suit the customer the best.
